  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the damage, defect, or error.

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if the product shows signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
